Allowing oneself
to be

Allowing oneself to be means taking oneself seriously

without the need to perform or prove anything.

It means giving one’s own life space.
Space for what is present:
questions, tension, uncertainty, longing.

Without the need to immediately define, explain, or change anything.

Within this space, what truly matters can begin to show itself -
and what no longer feels true can gently fall away.

The ground I work from

I do not meet people with answers,
but with presence, attention, and time.

Not to repair anything,
but to give what is one’s own a voice.

It is a moment of truth.

Still. Clear. Human.
